You seriously need to stop.

Less than a day after the El Lay coroner released a statement claiming Brittany Murphy died primarily from pneumonia with multiple drug intoxication and iron defiency anemia, husband Simon Monjack is releasing comments to the press.

“Everything [surprised me and Brittany's mom about the report]. I expected [the cause of death] to be her heart. She wasn’t coughing up. I’ve had pneumonia and coughed up handfuls of spittle. So yeah, everything surprised us, everything.”

Of course, when asked about the coroner’s claim that her death was completely preventable if she had properly seen a doctor, Monjack said,

“I don’t know what he said so I don’t want to comment on what I haven’t seen. Case closed, as the coroner said, there’s no foul play.”

Really? Because you throw you two cents in about everything else that you can!

We sincerely hope he means what he says, CASED CLOSED, Simon. Quit yapping, let’s all let the poor girl rest in peace.
